electrical down tilts on KMW, Andrew and Jaybeam antennas using portable
Antenna Controllers and Software per RF Engineering specifications for each

azimuths and RAD Center of Antennas and performed drive testing of site
clusters to ensure proper handing off from sector to sector and site to site
to eliminate poor call quality and dropped calls as much as possible

E-911 test calls to ensure sites are assigned to the proper counties and
worked directly with RF Engineers to ensure proper installation of new build
sites
